My fans and followers know me primarily as a photographer, writer and bacon lover. But I’ve also been dabbling in video for the past few years. It’s mostly been in the form of camera intros and reviews, as well as to test the video features and performance of cameras I’ve reviewed. But I’ve also shot a bit of mountain bike video while I’m out riding – and we definitely have some video-worthy singletrack in and around Salt Lake City. I’ve got some video projects planned for this summer so I thought it would be fun to put together a short mountain bike video reel with some clips from my archives. I’m also in the process of stepping up my editing by moving from Adobe Premiere Elements to Premiere Pro and this video reel was a good project to help me learn the new software.
I hope you enjoyed that video. I sure enjoyed digging through my archives and watching old video footage – it got me really psyched to ride. Hopefully it did the same for you.
Consider this mountain bike video reel a tease for what’s to come. You’re going to be seeing a lot more video from me in the near future and it’s going to get a whole lot more interesting and exciting. Scroll down to check out some more of my video work.
