My photographic journey began about 30 years ago with a Pentax 35mm SLR, a manual focus 50mm lens, black-and-white film and my college darkroom. I started doing fine art mountain bike photography about 10 years later. Things sure have changed since I started taking pictures but I’m still obsessed with photographing everything I experience and my passion for mountain bike photography hasn’t diminished one bit. In fact, it just keeps getting stronger.

Buy Fine Art Mountain Biking Photos

Photo-John’s mountain bike photography is for sale in the Photo-John Fine Art Mountain Biking Photography Store.

I’ve had the pleasure of riding and photographing mountain biking all over North America and Europe. I take my camera on every trip and I’ve accumulated quite a catalog of mountain bike photos. People regularly ask me if they can buy prints and I figured it was about time I set up a Photo-John Fine Art Mountain Biking Photography Store. So I’ve been going through my mountain bike photo archives, picking out some of my favorites and making them available in my online print store. I hope you like what you see. I’d love to know they’re out there, in your homes, framed and hanging on the wall, being appreciated by as many people as possible.

Art is very personal. That said, I’ve tried to choose photos from a wide variety of locations and conditions so there’s something for everyone. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, please let me know. For instance, if there’s a mountain bike photo on my Instagram, Flickr or Facebook galleries that you like, I can add it to the online store. And just because you don’t see it doesn’t mean I don’t have it. I have tens of thousands of mountain bike photos in my archives. Tell me what you need and I’ll see if I have it.

So rad! Very nice shots. When my little one gets bigger & can travel easier, I’m going to get back into bike packing.
