Canon EOS 7D DSLR For Sale: If you’re a beginning photographer looking for a full outdoor action starter kit, I’ve got a hell of a deal for you. For $1200 cash money, you can have my Canon EOS 7D with Canon EF-S 18-200mm f/3.5-5.6 IS zoom, Tokina 12-24mm f/4 zoom, Tamron 28-75mm f/2.8 zoom, lens hoods, two polarizing filters, protective filters and a Lowepro Vertex 200 AW camera backpack. I have the camera box, manual, battery and charger and I’ll also include two 4GB memory cards. That’s everything you need to get rad in the outdoors with your ski, snowboard, climbing or mountain bike buddies. Every piece of this gear has taken photos that have been published in print. In fact, the cover of the upcoming issue of Dirt Rag magazine was taken with this very camera.

I’m selling my EOS 7D so I can buy the new 7D Mk II (read my Canon EOS 7D Mark II intro article). It is well used but it’s in excellent condition. To make sure everything is in working order, I just had the camera along with the Tokina and Tamron lenses cleaned, tested and tuned up by Spencer’s Camera in Alpine, UT. According to the Canon EOS Info application, the number of shutter actuations is 32922.

This Canon EOS 7D is the best cameras I’ve ever owned and one of the best I’ve ever used but the time has come to let someone else have it. It’s compact, relatively light (compared to other pro-level sports cameras), reliable and the auto focus and speed are excellent. I bought it when it was first announced, after testing a pre-production camera Canon sent me for review, and I pre-ordered one as soon as I could. The reason I still have it is it’s been an absolutely great camera for me. Yes, there are newer cameras, higher performing cameras and cameras with better image quality. But unless you buy a Nikon D4S, a Canon EOS-1D X or a Canon EOS 7D Mk II, you aren’t going to find a camera with better overall action sports performance – especially not for the price.
